By crafting a personalised manifesto for your life, channelling supportive frequencies, and clearing energetic blockages holding you back, the Overe™ Method empowers you to manifest your deepest intentions, achieve profound personal growth, and step into your true potential.
This package entitles you to 9 transformative sessions. For optimal results, we recommend booking sessions weekly over 9 consecutive weeks. Alternatively, you may choose to book fortnightly if that suits your schedule. However, please avoid leaving more than two weeks between sessions to ensure the most potent and effective transformation.
You have up to 6 months from the purchase date to use all sessions, as this timeframe supports the integrity and lasting impact of the work.

Postpartum is transformative, it’s challenging, joyful, your heart expands, your physical form contracts, there is immense joy and also huge challenges its the beautiful complexity of motherhood its raw, unfiltered, and often a isolating time for a woman.
There can many expectations, belief systems, emotional armour, social conditioning that have been imprinted or inherited. Postpartum can shine a light on all of the subconcious patterning leaving a new mumma, feeling lost, isolated and confused all while she is navigating milk filled boobies, lack of sleep, caring for her new babe.
In this time mother needs to feel HELD heard, and supported through this transition as she navigates her identity, relationships, birth experience, and everything else that shifts and creatively awakens within her.
